The courts of three instances dismissed the claims, and the Supreme Court dismissed the Plaintiff's cassation appeal. Our strategy made it possible to defend the interests of Kellogg Rus LLC in court, preserve the investments of Kellogg's international holding and avoid collecting additional compensation for a transaction that was completed more than 15 years ago.
